Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the KaritonPH Customer XP portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the registered appliance.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Product registration

Registration requires accurate product details (model, serial number, purchase date) and two photos: a closeup of the full product body and a photo of the installed setup in its surroundings. You confirm that all information and photos you submit are truthful, your own, and depict the actual unit you purchased.

4. Review and approval

Every registration is reviewed by a KaritonPH administrator. We may approve, reject, or request additional information. Warranty coverage begins only once a registration is approved. Submitting false, altered or duplicated photos or serial numbers may result in rejection and account suspension.

5. Warranty coverage

• Coverage periods vary per product and per component, as shown in your portal.
• Coverage excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, accidents, power surges, improper installation, and normal wear of consumables such as filters.
• Failure to perform scheduled maintenance (including filter replacement) may void coverage.
• Warranty is non-transferable unless approved by KaritonPH in writing.

6. Maintenance notifications

The portal may send maintenance reminders and service notifications. These are a courtesy; responsibility for timely maintenance remains with you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the portal, including attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious files or unlawful content, scraping data, or interfering with service operation.

8. Content licence

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant KaritonPH a limited licence to store and use them solely to verify registrations, administer warranty claims, and provide support.

9. Service availability

The portal is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KaritonPH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or submit fraudulent registrations. You may request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
